BH SENS Oxford, NC is our newly built production site in North America.
Its mission is to strengthen and further expand our market leadership in Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
In a highly automated, start‐up style environment, we industrialize innovative TPMS solutions for global OEM and IAM customers.

The Maintenance & Spare Parts Technician is responsible for technical equipment health, spare‐parts management, preventive maintenance plans and safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• • Create, update and document preventive maintenance and repair plans for equipment
  • Execute scheduled mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance and repair activities.
  • Systematically troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore functionality and reduce recurring failures.
  • Plan and trigger mandatory safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety, work and environmental regulations; report deviations and abnormal events
  • Define required spare parts for machines and facility equipment together with Production and Industrial Engineering, based on manuals and standards.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in mechanics or electronics (or equivalent) with experience in maintenance, facility engineering or electrical engineering.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and control technology
• Basic understanding of production processes and automated machinery; able to systematically troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Careful, responsible and proactive working style with good analytical skills; capable of working independently and in a team.
