All travelers must have required certifications prior to start. The facility reserves the right to require additional certifications. Please refer to the checklist for the most up-to-date requirements. Unit Profile: Department: Nursing Number of Openings: 1 Shift: Night shift Weekly Guaranteed Hours: Varies Weekend Hours: Yes, every other or as needed Call Requirements: None Required Certifications: BLS, Handle with Care (available on-site) Years of Experience: 2+ Float Requirements: As needed/may float to other units. Unit Information: Number of Beds: 48 Patient Ratios: 1:12 EHR: Cerner Supervisor: CNO Patient Population: Adult & geriatric psychiatric Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Nursing/behavioral health experience. Preferred Skillset/Experience: Behavioral health and some medical RN experience. Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Psychiatric Personality Fit: Calm, friendly, organized, professional. Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in Texas. Dress Code: Scrub Color: Blue (Royal or Navy). All unacceptable attire includes non-uniform, casual wear.
