Job Title: RN Psych Child/Adolescent Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Psychiatric Nursing Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Schedule Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: 2 Years of Pediatric Mental Health Experience License: NYS RN License Certifications: BLS (AHA only) Must-Have: - NYS RN License - 2 Years of Pediatric Mental Health Experience - BLS (AHA only) Description: We are seeking candidates with a passion for pediatric psychiatry. The unit focuses on stabilization through robust group offerings. These include Activities Therapy, Mindfulness, Wellness, and Coping Skills groups. Psychopharmacological interventions are also part of the care provided. RNs work with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals. The aim is to provide safe, effective, and therapeutic care.
